When I first purchased this plugin, because of changes to the YouTube/Google API, there was an issue with videos autoplaying when they shouldn't etc. I pointed out the issues to WP Online Support and they actually immediately rewrote the plugin and fixed all the problems. I was amazed by the level of service and now work collaboratively with this company on other projects.

Spoke to Jagir on several occasions and couldn't wish to speak to anyone more helpful. Even things that really were not covered under my plugin support he helped me with. If all the staff are like him you will definitely get your problem resolved. That is if you have one as i find their software very durable and am very pleased with the outcome.
