What is an affiliate program?
We pay you a commission for promoting our products. You place links on your website that get people to click over to our website and you earn money for each sale made through those links.
How do I get credit for a referral?
When you refer people to WP Online Support using your personal affiliate link, we will place a tracking pixel on their device using a 3rd-party tracking platform (Shareasale). They track all your visitors, clicks and sales. Everything is reported daily and available for your review on your affiliate dashboard.
How do I get paid?
When sales register, you earn a commission. This shows up in you account and remains in a “locking period” where WP Online Support ensures that paying customer stays for a certain amount of time before releasing commissions. Make sure you update you affiliate profile on the network to ensure your payment information is correct.
When will I get paid?
After the locking period is complete, you will be paid on the 15th of the following month.
How often do affiliates get paid?
Affiliates are paid on a monthly basis per the terms set by the affiliate networks.
How does retargeting help me?
When users visit websites that are part of the Google ad network, or social sites like Facebook, they will see our ads. If they click on one of our ads and make a purchase, you will earn your commission. Also, when users subscribe to our emailing list, they will receive new offers as well.
Why should I join?
Joining the WP Online Support affiliate program is free. If you’re already shopping on WP Online Support and telling your friends and family about us, why haven’t you already joined and used your affiliate link to make a commission on those referrals? Does it cost anything to become an affiliate WP Online Support?

Does my site qualify for the affiliate program?
All sites are welcome to apply! But please note that we give preference to affiliates who regularly produce new content, and we’re less likely to accept affiliates who only use social media and have a small audience. We do not accept any site involved in promoting illegal or illicit activity or content.
Can I join if my site is not based in the United States?
Yes. However, all commissions will be paid in U.S. dollars.
How do I sign up?

Can I refer myself?
No, if you join our affiliate program and use the affiliate link to buy for yourself, you will not be awarded a commission on those sales.
Does WP Online Support.com provide marketing banners for my site?
Yes. Once you have joined our program, you will have access to a library of quality banners to select from, in a range of styles to suit you. We also supply everything needed to add those banners to your web pages. All you have to do is choose which one you like best.
Does the WP Online Support.com program offer reporting tools for affiliates?
Yes. Through any of our network interfaces, you can access a wealth of information about your progress including number of clicks, number of impressions, total revenue generated and much more.
How frequently are my statistics updated in your reporting tool?
Daily
